I found my way into this work slowly, through a series of moments that helped me understand myself — and my purpose — in a completely new way.

Back in 2017, I discovered Reiki almost by accident. Something in me lit up, and I moved through the levels quickly, eventually becoming a Holy Fire Reiki Master in early 2019. That experience opened a door I didn’t know existed. It showed me that I could support people in ways I had never imagined — not by fixing them, but by helping them reconnect with themselves.

A few years later, in 2021, Human Design entered my life through a gifted reading from a friend. I couldn’t believe how deeply it resonated. It explained patterns and experiences I had carried my whole life but never had language for. I dove into books and YouTube videos, trying to learn everything on my own. Eventually, I realized that Human Design is a layered, complex system — and that I didn’t have to learn it alone.

Over the last year, I’ve spent a lot of time wondering about my purpose and what I’m meant to be doing in this lifetime. I felt stuck, unsure, even a little useless at times. Then, a few months ago, an email about Quantum Human Design certification landed in my inbox. Something clicked immediately. I signed up for the first two levels and started right away.

Right now, I’m completing my Level 1 certification in Quantum Human Design and beginning Level 2. I’m also exploring traditional Human Design through books and teachers who inspire me. Alongside that, I’m moving through the Mohr Method of Reiki, having just finished Level 1 and beginning Level 2. This season of learning feels like a deep integration — a weaving together of everything that has shaped me so far.

What lights me up is helping people find ways to move forward in their lives. I love witnessing that moment when something clicks — when a person recognizes a truth about themselves they’ve always felt but never had words for. Whether someone comes to me for a single session or chooses to walk with me longer, my hope is the same: that they feel seen, supported, and gently guided toward growth that feels real and sustainable.

I don’t see myself as an expert telling you how to live your life. I’m not here to overwhelm you with jargon or pretend I know everything. I’m here as a warm, friendly companion — someone who walks beside you as you reconnect with who you’ve always been.

If you’re curious, if you’re feeling stuck, or if you’re simply ready to understand yourself in a new way, I’d be honored to walk with you.
